On Thursday 16th April I will be popping down to Torquay to speak at this year’s Chartered Institute of Housing regional conference. The topic I’m speaking to is: “Austerity – is it making or breaking the economy?”. The provisional programme has me sharing the platform with Jacob Rees-Mogg, which seems likely to give the audience an interesting contrast of views.
