- Practicing karate with Zenshindojo. I have been a member since 2001 and I am currently 1st dan. I have practiced primarily at Redland, but also at other club venues around Bristol. New members always welcome!
- Running reasonably long distances. I am a lapsed member of Great Western Runners. I used to spend quite a bit of time running races between 5k and half-marathon, and I was moderately quick, but at the moment my training is so erratic it would probably be a mistake to try!
- Drinking far too much coffee (whether working or not)
